My first day in real estate was on my Mom’s birthday in November, 1985. I was in my early 20’s and wondered how anyone would trust working with someone so young. So, my first step was to buy my own home, and then a second one. Back then interest rates were 14+%, but when they dropped to 9% the market exploded. I was able to help friends find their first home – and it was early exposure to multiple offers and some very interesting negotiating experiences. I dug in hard and learned quickly that persistence and dedication were two of my strongest traits.

As the decades passed, my passion for working with homeowners and buyers grew even greater. My geographical expertise expanded.

From the mountains to the coast – having started in the Newport Beach/Costa Mesa area where I perfected the art of winning when representing many buyers in multiple offer situations. Then, on to tract home and cul-de-sac life – in South Orange where my son was born and where I aced listing and marketing homes with great success. Then to North Orange County where I served to assist owners and managers of companies grow their businesses. To now, where I am nestled with the mountains as a backdrop in the gorgeous San Gabriel Valley focusing on new strategies for clients and delivering the highest quality of service. I couldn’t be happier in life and with the path my career has taken. I have met so many wonderful people.

I have been recognized and awarded as a top producing sales professional in the country as well as within my company. As a real estate broker – my office is my car and my market area extends to the geography I know well – otherwise I set people up with experts in other areas (and states) and refer the business. So, simply, I serve clients in a radius spanning from a few doors away to a few hours away. It is the marketing expertise, negotiations and strategies my clients value when hiring me.
